Who you are

You have a strong background in partnership management, with at least 5 years of experience in driving strategic alliances and operations. Your expertise in managing relationships with major technology partners, particularly Microsoft and GitHub, has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex partnership dynamics and deliver measurable results. You understand the importance of aligning partner strategies with business objectives, ensuring that every engagement translates into tangible outcomes. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth, making you a key player in driving revenue through effective alliance execution.

You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to articulate the value of partnerships to both internal teams and external partners is crucial in fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives. You are results-oriented, with a proven track record of converting partner engagement into pipeline creation and deal progression.

Desirable

Experience in the cloud computing industry or familiarity with the Microsoft Azure platform is a plus. Knowledge of sales processes and revenue generation strategies will further enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in data-driven decision-making and familiarity with tools that track partnership performance metrics will be beneficial.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Microsoft Partnership & Alliance Operations, you will take ownership of the Microsoft and GitHub alliances, driving the strategy and execution of partnership initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to create a predictable partner-influenced pipeline, ensuring that the alliance operates as a commercial system aligned with priority accounts and revenue targets. You will work closely with sales teams to accelerate deal velocity and establish a cadence for partnership activities that scales with the business.

You will lead efforts to transform the alliances into a scalable, repeatable revenue-producing engine, moving beyond coordination to proactive engagement and execution. This involves developing and implementing strategies that enhance partner collaboration, streamline processes, and drive measurable revenue impact. You will be accountable for tracking partnership performance, analyzing data to inform decision-making, and adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partnership initiatives. You will also represent Atmosera in meetings with Microsoft and GitHub, advocating for the company's interests and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.
