What you'll do

As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant at Samsara, you will be the primary point of contact for our largest customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they successfully adopt our IoT solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and help them leverage our platform to improve their operations. Your role will involve coordinating with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless implementation experience. You will conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure customers are maximizing the value of our products. You will also gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and contribute to the overall customer success strategy.
