What you'll do

As the first Senior Business Intelligence Developer on GameChanger's Data & Analytics team, you will lead the enhancement of our analytics platforms, primarily focusing on Looker. Your role will involve developing and evolving these platforms to support reliable and scalable reporting across the company. You will partner with various teams to improve data accessibility and define best practices that ensure self-service insights. Your contributions will include analytical modeling to support deeper insights, enabling teams to use data to guide their decisions effectively. You will also play a key role in building scalable reporting foundations that can adapt to the growing needs of the organization. Your work will directly impact how GameChanger leverages data to enhance its products and services, ultimately benefiting youth sports communities.
