You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes infrastructure operations, supply chain, or data center operations, and you have a strong understanding of technology-based business units. You are certified in Lean or Six Sigma, which enhances your ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively. You are adept at navigating technical blockers and emergency recovery events, ensuring that problems are resolved comprehensively.
As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion. Your role involves working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, and identify risks. You will coordinate projects across global teams, ensuring that all players are informed about progress and deadlines.
