Amazon is hiring an HR Contact Center Associate to support internal customers in Romanian and English. You'll handle HR queries related to employee life-cycle processes. This role is suitable for entry-level candidates and offers both office-based and remote work options.
You are a proactive individual with a strong customer service orientation, capable of handling HR queries in both Romanian and English. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively assist employees and managers through various channels such as phone, live chat, and email. You are detail-oriented and can identify gaps in documentation and processes, striving to enhance the level of customer service provided. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and grow within the HR field.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, addressing a variety of HR-related inquiries. You will utilize standard operating procedures and documentation to resolve queries related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence, and onboarding. When faced with complex issues, you will escalate them appropriately to ensure timely resolution. You will take ownership of each contact, ensuring a high degree of customer focus and satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing absence reporting requests and identifying areas for improvement in internal processes and documentation.
