Smartsheet is hiring a Manager of Product Design to lead a team in shaping the future of their collaboration and work management platform. You'll focus on driving strategic initiatives and delivering high-quality user experiences. This role requires strong leadership and expertise in UX design.
You have a strong background in product design with at least 5 years of experience leading design teams — you've successfully managed cross-functional partnerships and driven strategic initiatives that enhance user experience. Your expertise in UX design and user research allows you to create intuitive and elegant solutions that meet user needs. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product management, engineering, and content design to deliver exceptional end-to-end user flows. You possess a mastery of design tools such as Figma and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the user experience is polished and effective. You are passionate about mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your design strategies.
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Jira would be a plus. A background in collaboration tools or work management platforms is also desirable, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
