You have a strong background in compliance management, particularly in the areas of Dangerous Goods and Export Control. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the complexities of regulatory frameworks and have a proven track record of implementing compliance programs effectively. Your ability to interpret regulations and translate them into actionable policies is key to your success in this role. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with various teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of operations. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to train and guide team members on compliance matters. You are passionate about fostering a culture of compliance within the organization and are committed to continuous improvement.
As the Compliance Program Manager, you will lead the Dangerous Goods and Export Control compliance programs in alignment with both global standards and local regulations.
