Advanced Practice Provider - SunState Medical Specialists

Who you are

You are a skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider with at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. You have a strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills, which enable you to provide thoughtful, personalized care to patients with a variety of urologic conditions. Your experience in urology is preferred, and being Spanish-speaking is a plus, allowing you to connect with a diverse patient population. You are committed to delivering coordinated care and are eager to work closely with experienced physicians and clinical staff to ensure the best outcomes for your patients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary urology team, managing patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. You will participate in inpatient rounding to support continuity of care, ensuring comprehensive evaluation and follow-up for your patients. Your responsibilities will include delivering patient-centered care, utilizing advanced technology and evidence-based protocols to enhance treatment outcomes. You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment for patients throughout their treatment journey, contributing to the overall mission of improving care experiences and outcomes for the community.
