Your experience in vendor management and operations management has equipped you with a solid understanding of contractual governance, customer service, process quality, and process optimization. You excel at building relationships with stakeholders and clients, ensuring that their needs are met effectively.
An MBA or Master's degree in a related field or CSCMP certification would be advantageous. You have a proven track record of using data analysis to drive decision-making and have experience in identifying and recommending internal process improvements. Your ability to translate business requirements into clear inputs for engineering teams is a key strength, and you thrive in environments that require coordination and alignment across various teams.
