Justworks is seeking an International HR Operations Manager for the APAC region to oversee local compliance processes and enhance employee and customer experiences. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for HR operations.
As an International HR Operations Manager for APAC, you will be the go-to expert responsible for understanding and implementing local compliance processes. You care deeply about both the employee and customer experience, simplifying complex legal concepts into clear, easy-to-understand terms. You genuinely enjoy figuring out how and why things work and are excited by opportunities to drive improvements. You have a strong background in HR operations, ideally with experience in international settings. You are adept at communicating processes across organizations and executing them directly with customers and employees when necessary. Your ability to articulate complex concepts clearly will be crucial in this role, as will your commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Experience in managing HR operations across multiple countries in the APAC region would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with local employment laws and compliance requirements is essential. You should also have a track record of improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.
