What you'll do

As the Senior Director of G&A Systems at Klaviyo, you will define and own the technology vision and roadmap for all General & Administrative functions. You will work closely with the CFO, Chief People Officer, and General Counsel to ensure that technology strategies align with their strategic objectives and the company's financial plan. Your role will involve guiding platform decisions, optimizing processes, and driving automation at scale.

You will lead a team of technology leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a world-class, globally scalable, and compliant technology foundation that supports Klaviyo's continued growth. You will be responsible for orchestrating the efforts of your team to ensure that corporate operations are efficient, automated, auditable, and secure.

In this role, you will also engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that the technology solutions you implement meet the needs of the organization. You will monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the G&A functions.
