What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the VP of Operations and be responsible for maximizing iHerb's growth and profitability through effective site operations leadership. You will lead and manage multiple locations, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include implementing short- and long-term initiatives to optimize workflow, controlling budget spending, and enhancing labor and material efficiency. You will conduct regular meetings with operations leadership to ensure clear communication and coordination of priorities. Additionally, you will oversee the hiring process, train new employees, and support their professional development. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining budgets, allocating resources effectively, and identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Your role will also involve collaborating with other departments to establish and execute responsibilities that align with the company's strategic goals.
