What you'll do

As the Director of Account Management at Coupang, you will oversee the NF Strategic Account Management team and the NF SME Inside Sales team, driving the growth of non-food merchants. You will define the portfolio of non-food SMEs and establish growth strategies to meet revenue targets. Your role will involve developing and optimizing sales funnel processes to enhance merchant onboarding and operational efficiency. You will lead initiatives to create educational programs for new merchants, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in the Coupang ecosystem. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the merchant experience.
