You have a strong background in quality assurance and supervision, ideally with experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments. Your ability to influence and improve processes is key, as you will work closely with design, manufacturing, and test teams to ensure quality is embedded from the start. You thrive in collaborative settings and are passionate about solving complex problems in innovative ways. Your leadership skills enable you to guide and mentor team members effectively, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience in aerospace or rocket manufacturing is a plus, as is familiarity with quality management systems and standards. You understand the importance of compliance and safety in production environments and are adept at using data to drive decisions. Your proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise sets you apart.

What you'll do

As the Quality Inspection Supervisor, you will lead the quality team on the production floor, ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality inspection protocols, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to influence design and production practices. Your role will involve conducting inspections, analyzing data, and providing feedback to improve processes and products. You will also mentor and train team members on quality standards and best practices, fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
