SingleStore is hiring a GTM Systems Manager to oversee the revenue tech stack and enhance operational efficiency. You'll work with Salesforce and other tools to optimize processes and provide insights. This role requires strong technical expertise and business acumen.
You have a strong background in managing revenue systems, with a focus on optimizing technology to drive efficiency and productivity. Your experience includes working with Salesforce and other CRM tools, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to guide business decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, effectively partnering with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and finance to implement best practices and streamline processes. Your technical expertise is complemented by a solid understanding of business operations, allowing you to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
You are comfortable working in a high-growth environment and can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Your ability to prioritize effectively ensures that you meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. You have a keen eye for detail, which helps you ensure data quality and governance across all revenue systems. Additionally, you possess a basic understanding of triggers and Apex code, which enhances your ability to manage and optimize Salesforce configurations.
While not mandatory, having a HubSpot certification and intermediate experience with business intelligence tools will set you apart. Your familiarity with marketing automation and sales engagement technologies will also be beneficial in this role, as you will be expected to recommend and drive process improvements across the revenue organization.
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end revenue tech stack, managing the administration, configuration, and integration of Salesforce.com and other tools. You will define and maintain the systems strategy and roadmap, ensuring that the technology aligns with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include recommending and driving process improvements, ensuring data quality, and providing comprehensive reporting and insights to track revenue performance.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This includes working with marketing to optimize lead generation processes, supporting sales teams with effective engagement tools, and providing finance with accurate reporting capabilities. Your role will be critical in establishing best-in-class visibility and tracking of critical revenue metrics.
You will also be responsible for identifying improvements and enhancements to the current systems, ensuring that they evolve to meet the changing needs of the business. Your insights will guide strategic decisions and help the organization achieve its revenue goals. You will work independently and proactively, managing multiple projects and tasks while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
