You have a strong background in operations and talent acquisition, with experience in managing interview processes and making hiring decisions. You understand the importance of creating an exceptional candidate experience and are committed to shaping member-facing teams. In this role, you will lead the entire interview process for frontline agents, conducting in-depth second and third-stage interviews and skills assessments. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that candidates are evaluated thoroughly and fairly. As the primary decision-maker, you will be responsible for selecting candidates who align with SoFi's values and mission. You will also collaborate with Global Operations functions to streamline the hiring process and enhance the overall candidate experience.
