SoFi is hiring an Operations Interview Process Specialist to manage the interview and selection process for frontline agents. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking to ensure a world-class member experience.
You have a strong background in operations and talent acquisition, with experience in managing interview processes and making hiring decisions. You understand the importance of creating an exceptional candidate experience and are committed to shaping member-facing teams. Your leadership skills enable you to guide others effectively, ensuring that the right talent is selected to meet organizational goals. In this role, you will lead the entire interview process for frontline agents, conducting in-depth second and third-stage interviews and skills assessments. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure that candidates are evaluated thoroughly and fairly. As the primary decision-maker, you will be responsible for selecting candidates who align with SoFi's values and mission. You will also collaborate with Global Operations functions to streamline the hiring process and enhance the overall candidate experience. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement within the interview process, ensuring that it remains efficient and effective.
