AIML - Data Collections Moderator, Data Operations

You are a vital part of the AIML Data Collections team. You will have the opportunity to coordinate with project managers to support vital data collections from both internal and external participants to design, train and test our machine learning models. You are someone who LOVES data and is never-endlessly curious about how it makes our products better. You love working closely with people AND leveraging and troubleshooting technology. You will work as a key member of the data collections team supporting both in-lab and vendor-based projects. Your roles will include setting up devices and labs, ensuring devices are functioning properly and updated with the required builds, recruiting participants to sessions, training and onboarding rotational, contractor and vendor-based moderators, moderating data collection sessions with participants, troubleshooting issues and performing tasks to ensure that data is of the highest quality. You will also support key cross-team initiatives.
