Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. You have a proven track record of taking technical products from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to guide projects through ideation to execution. Your experience includes developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning, showcasing your technical expertise in these fields.

In addition to your foundational qualifications, you may hold a Master's degree in a Technology or Business-related field, which further enhances your understanding of the intersection between technology and business. With 6 years of experience in product management or related technical roles, you have honed your skills in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your experience includes at least 3 years of taking technical products from conception to launch, ensuring you are well-versed in the product lifecycle.

You thrive in environments that require continuous adaptation and are excited to work on products that impact millions of users. Your ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps drives effective product development. You understand the importance of collaboration in Product Management, working closely with developers, designers, and marketers to create technologies that improve access to information.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You will be responsible for identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product metrics, such as performance and adoption, to make data-driven decisions and measure business impact. Your collaboration with infrastructure, security, governance, and privacy teams will ensure that the hosted environment is scalable, resilient, and meets enterprise requirements for security and compliance.

You will lead the product development process, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the goals and objectives of the project. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points, which will inform product decisions and enhancements. You will also be responsible for defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and managing stakeholder expectations throughout the development cycle.

Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role. You will facilitate discussions that bridge the gap between engineering and business, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged in the product development process. You will also mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles.
