Adyen is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their Merchant Finance & Treasury team in Amsterdam. You'll be responsible for optimizing financial processes and managing risks to support the company's growth. This role requires expertise in treasury operations and financial analysis.
You have a strong background in treasury operations and financial analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the complexities of liquidity management, foreign exchange, and interest rate risks, and you are adept at using financial tools to optimize processes. Your analytical skills allow you to assess the impact of market developments on treasury operations and balance sheets effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by the challenge of solving unique financial problems at scale.
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with payment systems and embedded financial products. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a strategic mindset that enables you to identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to present complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders.
