Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. You are skilled in performing light bodywork tasks such as prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles. You understand the importance of teamwork and are willing to work mandatory overtime based on business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

Desirable

Experience with minor plastic welding and small area bodywork, including Bondo repair, is a plus. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by the company.

What you'll do

As an Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for prepping vehicles for repair, which includes sanding and buffing to ensure a smooth finish. You will also be involved in removing and installing bumpers, performing minor plastic welding, and executing small area bodywork repairs. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of vehicle quality that Carvana is known for. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center, contributing to the overall customer experience by ensuring vehicles are delivered in excellent condition.

You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
