What you'll do

As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will serve as the vital link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing multiple projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier clients. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and connect them with niche experts who can provide valuable insights. Your role will require you to navigate complex requests and deliver high-quality service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. You will also have opportunities to learn about different industries and develop your skills in a supportive environment.
