Nextiva is seeking a Director of Solutions Consulting to lead a team of senior Solutions Consultants in redefining customer experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support strategic accounts and drive complex customer engagements. This role requires strong leadership and consulting skills.
You have a proven track record of leading teams and driving customer success in a technology-driven environment. With extensive experience in solutions consulting, you understand the nuances of customer engagement and the importance of delivering exceptional service. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can coach and develop others to achieve their best. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Experience in AI-driven solutions and familiarity with customer experience platforms will set you apart. A background in BPO and strategic account management is highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of CX workflows. You are adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and can effectively communicate the value of solutions to diverse audiences.
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of senior Solutions Consultants, guiding them in their efforts to support complex sales and expansion cycles for strategic and BPO accounts. You will act as an executive-level partner on high-visibility deals, ensuring that your team delivers cohesive and impactful customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include coaching seasoned consultants, collaborating closely with Sales and Service Delivery teams, and driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement across our Unified Customer Experience platform. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of customer interactions, leveraging AI and innovative technologies to create seamless solutions that connect voice, contact center, and digital channels.
