You are an experienced professional in workplace health and safety, with a strong understanding of injury management and return-to-work processes. Your expertise allows you to provide valuable advice and support to line managers and staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You have a track record of managing KPIs and business metrics related to safety performance, demonstrating your ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. You are skilled in conducting risk assessments and workplace inspections, and you enjoy mentoring others in health and safety practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the return-to-work coordination at HelloFresh Distribution Centres, liaising with injured workers and team leaders to ensure effective progress in RTW programs. You will manage and report on Workers' Compensation cases, providing updates to senior management on safety performance metrics. Your role will involve organizing and reviewing data for reporting purposes, contributing to communication strategies aimed at improving safety outcomes. You will support line managers in implementing health and safety initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and providing necessary training to staff. Your contributions will help foster a culture where safety is prioritized, and you will actively promote continuous improvement opportunities within the organization.
