You have a proven track record in developer advocacy or a similar role, with experience in shaping developer experiences that resonate with both internal teams and external developers. Your strategic mindset allows you to influence product direction and advocate for developers' needs effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure a seamless developer experience. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your passion for technology and understanding of developer pain points drive you to create impactful solutions that enhance the developer journey. You are a natural leader, capable of growing and mentoring a team to achieve shared goals.
In this role, you will co-lead Adyen's global Developer Experience strategy, ensuring that developers have a powerful and seamless experience while building on our platform. You will partner deeply with engineers and product teams to drive meaningful improvements based on developer feedback. Your responsibilities will include championing a content strategy that resonates with developers and turning friction logs into actionable product opportunities. You will work to ensure that developers' voices are heard and understood, influencing the product roadmap accordingly. Additionally, you will help grow and lead a team dedicated to enhancing the developer experience, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
