What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding EDSP Partners, ensuring they are well-versed in Amazon's systems and tools. You will create comprehensive training materials tailored to the needs of the EDSP team and lead training sessions that facilitate smooth operations. Your focus on process standardization will drive improvements across the network, and you will implement Six Sigma and Lean practices to enhance efficiency. You will conduct quality audits and follow up on metrics to ensure that customer experience and performance are continuously improved. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to share best practices and support new node launches, making your contributions vital to the success of Amazon Logistics.
