Dashlane is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead their B2B performance marketing efforts. You'll optimize demand strategies across various channels including paid media, email, and social. This role requires strong leadership and marketing expertise.
You have over 10 years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in B2B environments, where you've successfully driven pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies. Your background includes a strong understanding of performance marketing channels, including paid media, email, social, and content marketing. You are a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and manage hands-on marketing initiatives, ensuring that all efforts align with the company's growth objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product marketing, sales, and revenue operations to create a seamless customer journey. Your experience with data-driven decision-making allows you to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies effectively. You will oversee the management of various marketing channels, ensuring that each is effectively contributing to overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Regularly reporting on campaign performance and adjusting strategies based on data insights will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will work closely with the CMO to align marketing efforts with broader company goals and initiatives.
