Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You are skilled in using data and analytics to inform your marketing strategies, ensuring that communications are relevant and timely. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and analytics, to deliver impactful campaigns. You possess a strong understanding of customer insights and how to leverage them to enhance marketing effectiveness. You are creative and detail-oriented, providing hands-on direction for campaign execution while maintaining a focus on quality and consistency. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the execution of promotional campaigns for Microsoft consumer products, including Microsoft 365 and Windows. You will be responsible for crafting product-launch emails and seasonal programs that resonate with customers. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to streamline campaign execution and ensure that all communications align with Microsoft’s brand standards.
