You will aid in the execution of Continuous Improvement projects at your home site and, if applicable, throughout the region or network. Additionally, you will foster growth and development in your Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations by supporting Development Plans and providing regular competency-based feedback. Upholding Carvana's operating standards and processes will be essential, as will ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines.
Carvana offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact on operations and team performance. You will have opportunities for professional growth and development, with support for your career advancement. The company values effective leadership, teamwork, and communication, and you will be encouraged to embody these values on the shop floor.
