Google is seeking a Chrome Business Operations Lead to manage projects and optimize workflows within the Web and Search Ecosystems. You'll leverage your experience in technical project management and analytics to drive results in Boulder, CO.
You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role. Your background includes managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies. You have spent at least 3 years in a technical leadership role, demonstrating your ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Your attention to detail is complemented by a strong understanding of project management principles. You are skilled in communicating complex topics through Google slides and have a proven track record of creating executive-level presentations.
In this role, you will advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. You will collaborate with partners and consumers to represent their needs with product partners, proposing fixes and features that enhance engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. You will also provide a range of product services to ensure optimization for every user, regardless of their location. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with leadership to create capability decks, monthly updates, and ad-hoc presentations. You will work closely with leads and managers to identify and execute opportunities for automation and workflow optimization within Chrome support processes. Additionally, you will represent the Web and Search Ecosystems team in internal strategic opportunities, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
