Sigmoid is hiring a Global Partnership Development Leader to enhance their presence in the Cloud and technology partner ecosystem. You'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with partners and executing joint go-to-market activities. This role requires 8-14 years of experience in technology and sales roles.
You have 8-14 years of experience in technology, partners/channels, and sales roles — you understand the intricacies of building and managing partnerships in a competitive landscape. Your background includes a strong understanding of Data and Analytics solutions, as well as the Cloud environment, which allows you to effectively communicate value propositions to partners and customers alike.
You possess proven negotiation skills and influencing abilities — you know how to navigate complex discussions and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Your analytical aptitude is strong, enabling you to assess partnership opportunities and make data-driven decisions that align with business objectives.
You are innovative and team-oriented, thriving in environments that require adaptability and a proactive approach to change. You appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities and are eager to contribute to the growth of the organization.
An MBA is preferred, but you also bring significant experience to the table if you hold a non-MBA qualification. Your consultative selling experience in a B2B context is a significant asset, as is your ability to understand and articulate the needs of partners and customers.
In this role, you will build and execute a partner go-to-market plan for each account, focusing on growing Sigmoid’s presence in the partner ecosystem. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to win opportunities with partner support, ensuring that all parties are aligned on objectives and strategies.
You will manage a team of Partner Development Managers, guiding them in relationship management across partners and internal teams. Your role will involve communicating Sigmoid’s value proposition effectively to partners and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they see the benefits of collaboration.
Collaboration will be key as you work with the partner organization for deal sourcing, aligning partner offerings with Sigmoid’s value proposition and customer needs. You will be responsible for deepening relationships with each partner associated with the accounts, executing joint go-to-market activities that drive customer outcomes and adoption.
