What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Chime's Banking Products team, you will lead a group of talented engineers in developing innovative financial tools that empower users to manage their money effectively. You will work closely with other engineering leaders to ensure that your team's technical decisions align with the company's goals for quality, performance, and security.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling new features for Chime's banking products, ensuring they meet the needs of users while maintaining high standards of reliability and availability. What we offer

Chime offers a competitive salary starting at $176,490 and going up to $245,100, along with a bonus and equity package.
