Job Description

Program Management opportunity to develop and implement payment policies across multiple geographies. In this role, you'll identify global payment standards, influence cross-functional teams, and manage program policies, processes, and metrics to meet aggressive goals. You'll lead initiatives to optimize payment workflows, reduce effort, and enhance customer experience while navigating global regulations and industry trends. Basic qualifications include 3+ years of program/project management experience and implementing process improvements using data and metrics. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps), SQL proficiency, and experience working with both tech and non-tech teams are essential. The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive large-scale projects and influence stakeholders. Key job responsibilities
- Spearhead the identification and implementation of global payment standards, ensuring consistency and efficiency across Amazon's vast network of international operations.
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to drive adoption of best practices and innovative payment solutions.
- Develop and manage program policies, processes, and metrics to meet ambitious goals and drive continuous improvement in payment operations.
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize payment workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience across multiple geographies.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in global payment operations.
- Partner with technology teams to implement cutting-edge payment systems and integrations that support Amazon's rapid growth and expansion.
- Stay ahead of global payment regulations and industry trends to ensure Amazon remains at the forefront of payment innovation.
- Assist with other DSP program activities as needed.- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
