Overview

Confluent is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Singapore and Greater China Sales team. You'll partner with senior Account Executives to drive pipeline activities and close opportunities. This role requires a growth mindset and strong collaboration skills.

Who you are

You are a motivated and growth-minded individual with a passion for sales and technology. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with senior Account Executives to drive pipeline activities and close opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese will be key in engaging with clients across Singapore and Greater China. You understand the importance of teamwork and are committed to contributing to a culture of support and shared success.

Desirable

Experience in technology sales or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with data streaming technologies. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your curiosity about data and its potential to transform businesses drives you to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-evolving industry.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work in partnership with senior Account Executives on our most strategic accounts, focusing on pipeline activities and directly finding and closing opportunities up to $100K. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Confluent's data streaming platform can help them innovate and succeed. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, identifying new consumption workloads, and developing strategies to drive sales growth in the region.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial engagement through to closing deals. Your insights and feedback will be valuable in refining our sales approach and enhancing our offerings. You will participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product developments and industry trends, ensuring you can effectively communicate the value of our solutions to clients.
