You are a motivated individual eager to start your career in sales and customer success. You possess strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, allowing you to engage effectively with diverse prospects. Your ability to navigate product inquiries and provide consultative support will be key in this role. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to help others understand and utilize the HubSpot platform. You are adaptable and willing to learn, embracing the inbound methodology that HubSpot champions.
Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with CRM tools or sales processes will help you hit the ground running. A genuine interest in technology and a desire to help businesses grow will set you apart.
As an Inbound Success Coach at HubSpot, you will be the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them through their initial interactions with our platform. You will handle a high volume of inquiries via phone and live chat, ensuring that each prospect receives the attention and information they need. Your role will involve conducting consultative pre-qualifications to identify the best next steps for each prospect, setting up appointments with the sales team when necessary. You will also assist users in overcoming technical barriers and recommend best practices for using HubSpot effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you work to enhance the overall experience for both HubSpot customers and users.
