You are skilled in creating processes for incident containment and risk remediation — your experience includes investigating high-risk events and supporting post-mortem analyses to identify trends and improve future responses. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including legal and marketing teams, ensures that all aspects of trust and privacy are addressed comprehensively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage escalated events and cases from start to finish, writing detailed case notes, reports, and summaries for various audiences, including leadership. You will execute trust and privacy initiatives, ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of compliance and customer trust. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with builder, engineering, product, legal, PR, and marketing teams to handle large-scale, often urgent, escalated events.

You will create processes for incident containment and risk remediation, investigating escalated events that pose potential high or critical risks. Supporting continuous reporting, testing, and assurance, you will inform stakeholders and management of key risk trends and patterns across devices and services. Your role will also involve developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of trust and privacy initiatives, ensuring that the organization remains accountable to its customers.
