Navan is seeking an Enterprise Associate Account Executive to drive sales activity and support Enterprise Account Executives. You'll engage in prospect research and outreach while utilizing tools like Salesforce. This role requires 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
You have 2+ years of progressive experience working in client-facing roles, interacting with high-level stakeholders such as C Suite, VPs, and Directors. Your demonstrated project management experience has equipped you with the skills to handle complex tasks efficiently. You possess hands-on experience in data analysis, which allows you to drive process efficiencies effectively. Your familiarity with tools like Salesforce showcases your ability to manage customer relationships and sales processes. You have a passion for business and enjoy mapping out solutions that meet client needs. You are eager to learn and grow in your sales career, ready to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
In this role, you will work strategically with Enterprise Account Executives to drive sales activity through the early, middle, and late stages of a deal. Your early-stage sales activities will include conducting prospect research, tailored email and phone call outreach, and setting up discovery calls. You will log and track your daily activities to ensure a smooth sales process. During the mid-stage of sales, you will map the prospect organization and conduct targeted outreach to identified stakeholders. You will provide the Account Executive with valuable intel from your continued research and nurture relevant contacts. Participation in MEDDPICCs and creating action plans with the Account Executive will also be part of your responsibilities. In the late stages of sales, you will prepare external presentation materials and internal briefs in collaboration with the Account Executive, ensuring a proper handoff to the Account Management and launch team.
