You have at least 4 years of professional experience in agriculture or related fields, which gives you the context needed to evaluate and train AI models effectively. Your background may include preparing land for crops, operating farm machinery, or managing agricultural tasks. You are comfortable working independently and can adapt to flexible hours, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You are eager to learn new skills and contribute to the advancement of AI in agriculture, even if you don't have prior experience with AI technologies.
In this role, you will participate in an AI research project that focuses on evaluating AI models related to agriculture. Your primary responsibilities will include developing prompts that reflect your field and assessing the AI's responses to ensure they align with real-world agricultural tasks. You will provide structured feedback that helps improve the AI's understanding of agricultural language and practices.
