As a Space Operations Training Engineer, you will dedicate 50% of your time to full stack development and the other 50% to operator training and supporting operations. Your responsibilities will include creating training content, developing training plans, and providing instruction to mission control operators. You will also plan, schedule, and execute training events, ensuring that all team members are well-prepared for their roles. You will challenge existing requirements and reshape training workflows to create efficient operator training processes. Your contributions will directly impact the safety and success of human and cargo spaceflight missions.
