You have a strong background in full stack software development, with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. You understand the importance of safety and efficiency in high-stakes operations and are committed to continuous improvement in training methodologies. You are adaptable and ready to take on challenges that come with developing innovative solutions for spaceflight training.

What you'll do

As a Space Operations Training Engineer, you will dedicate 50% of your time to full stack development and the other 50% to operator training and supporting operations. You will develop, train, and evaluate operations teams to ensure they can safely conduct Dragon missions. Your responsibilities will include creating training content, developing training plans, and providing instruction to mission control operators. You will also plan, schedule, and execute training events, ensuring that all team members are well-prepared for their roles. You will challenge existing requirements and reshape training workflows to create efficient operator training processes. Your contributions will directly impact the safety and success of human and cargo spaceflight missions.
