Who you are

You have proven experience in merchant services and a consultative sales approach that allows you to close deals effectively. Your self-starter attitude enables you to generate your own leads, and you are driven by the ambition for uncapped commissions and financial independence. You understand the importance of building relationships with clients and ensuring they receive the best service possible.

Desirable

Experience in a similar sales role is a plus, as is familiarity with the payments industry. You are comfortable working independently and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your ability to adapt to different client needs and provide tailored solutions sets you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling Teya's payment solutions to small and medium businesses across the UK. You will engage with potential clients, assess their current payment systems, and demonstrate how Teya can help them get paid faster and manage their finances more effectively. Your role will involve building a client base, providing ongoing support, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new merchants.

You will also have access to industry-leading upfront commissions and ongoing residuals, which will reward your efforts in driving sales. With Teya's flexible approach, you will have the freedom to operate as a sole trader or a limited company, allowing you to tailor your business model to suit your needs. You will receive full sales support, including CRM tools and 24/7 merchant assistance, to help you succeed in your role.
