Experience with demand forecasting models and financial KPIs is a plus. Familiarity with streaming media analytics and user engagement metrics will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer at FloSports, you will play a critical role in refactoring and enhancing our existing data infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing new demand forecasting modules that will provide insights into key financial metrics such as sign-ups, viewership, and customer lifetime value. You will collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team to ensure that our reporting and analytics capabilities meet the needs of the organization. Your work will directly impact how we understand and serve our audience, helping to drive growth and engagement in underserved sports. You will also be involved in the implementation of machine learning models that support our content valuation efforts, similar to industry standards like Netflix’s adjusted view share. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
