Amazon is hiring a Compliance Manager to lead safety, quality, and compliance management with 3P logistics providers. You'll work with SQL and Excel to implement process improvements and ensure adherence to regulations. This role requires 3+ years of program management experience.
You have over 3 years of program or project management experience, demonstrating your ability to lead complex initiatives and drive results. Your experience includes working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration. You are skilled in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, showcasing your analytical mindset. With at least 2 years of supply chain experience, you understand the intricacies of logistics and compliance. You hold a Bachelor's degree and possess advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, as well as SQL, which you use to analyze data effectively. Your experience includes driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability in your projects. You excel in stakeholder management, adeptly navigating relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization. You have a proven track record in building processes, managing projects, and adhering to schedules, which are crucial for the success of your initiatives.
In this role, you will lead a newly established team focused on managing safety, quality, and compliance with 3P logistics providers. You will regularly review internal regulations and contract terms to ensure they meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include enhancing safety and compliance measures, ensuring that all operations align with Amazon's commitment to safety first. You will compile reports for the management of 3P logistics providers, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings. Team development will be a key focus, as you will guide and mentor team members to foster a culture of excellence. You will collaborate with internal legal, compliance, and safety teams to reflect regulatory guidelines in contracts and assess their effectiveness. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a safe and secure working environment for all personnel involved in warehouse and transportation operations. You will also be expected to build collaborative relationships with internal and external leaders, driving organizational change and ensuring that compliance standards are continuously elevated.
