We are looking for a talented business intelligence developer to join our team and help us analyze, drive and scale our business.

What you’ll do

As a Business Intelligence Developer with our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our analytics and reporting capabilities. Here's a glimpse of what your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the Business, Product, and Engineering teams to identify metrics, reports, and analytics essential for business growth.

• Develop reporting solutions tailored to a diverse range of business requirements and demands.

• Create queries for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as contribute to ongoing reporting initiatives and convey meaning through code reviews

• Assist in the development of business and marketing strategies by providing valuable insights derived from comprehensive data analysis.

• Monitor existing metrics, analyze data, and address key business questions in a data-driven manner.

• Enhance ETL and scheduling processes for improved efficiency.

What you need to have:

We're seeking a talented individual who meets the following criteria:

• A genuine curiosity about improvements and a desire to understand BI technology and the business sector we're in.

• 2+ years of professional experience in data related fields is a must.

• Strong SQL, with experience in different DB engines such as MariaDB, Clickhouse and PostgreSQL is considered a plus.

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.

• Ownership mentality with strong project management skills and commitment to full project completion.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, seek and provide constructive feedback, and convey meaning through code reviews.

Nice to have:

While not mandatory, the following attributes would be advantageous:

• Experience with column-oriented databases and cloud solutions.

• Proficiency in statistical programs, data mining, and comprehensive analysis.

• Experience with ETL tools.

• Experience with Python.
