Simpplr is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager to partner with customers and drive their strategic initiatives. You'll provide support and resources throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring a top-notch experience with the platform. This role requires strong advisory skills and experience in customer success management.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in technology or SaaS environments. Your ability to build strong relationships with senior-level executives allows you to navigate complex organizational structures effectively. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and ensuring their success with the product, always striving for a 10+ experience. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate the value of the platform to diverse audiences. Your experience in driving strategic initiatives and providing tailored support makes you a trusted advisor to your customers.
Experience in a rapidly growing company is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered platforms or digital workplace solutions. You are comfortable working in a hybrid or fully remote environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of your customers and the organization.
