Overview

Everbridge is seeking a Global Assist Specialist to manage incident reports and coordinate resources for critical communications. This remote position is based in Auckland, New Zealand, and involves working shifts to provide 24/7 global assistance.

Desirable

Experience in customer service or operations is a plus, as is familiarity with incident management processes. You may have a background in communications or a related field, which would enhance your ability to manage incidents effectively. What you'll do

As a Global Assist Specialist, you will be responsible for managing initial incident reports and coordinating resource dispatch. You will play a vital role in ensuring effective communication during emergencies, which is crucial for the safety and well-being of expatriate and business-traveling employees. Your responsibilities will include monitoring incidents, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and ensuring that all necessary resources are mobilized to address the situation. You will work closely with the Lead International Operations Responder to ensure that all incidents are handled according to company protocols and best practices.

You will also be involved in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your knowledge of incident management processes and best practices. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest developments in critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, allowing you to provide the best possible support to your team and clients.
