Overview

NICE is seeking a Customer Success Associate to manage customer relationships and drive the adoption of their cloud services. This role requires 2-4 years of experience in customer success or account management, along with a basic understanding of cloud services.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role — you understand the importance of building strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. You possess a basic understanding of cloud services and SaaS-based solutions, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of NiCE's offerings to clients. Your strong customer satisfaction and relationship management skills enable you to maintain high CSAT ratings and proactively address customer needs. You are motivated and customer-focused, always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience and drive successful adoption of solutions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction — you will drive customer adoption by helping clients fully understand and utilize NiCE's cloud services to achieve their business goals. You will coordinate onboarding sessions and provide training resources to facilitate a smooth transition for new customers. Monitoring usage metrics will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will proactively address any issues that arise and identify at-risk accounts early to initiate retention strategies. Collaborating with sales teams, you will drive renewals and expansions, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Additionally, you will gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and share best practices and success stories both internally and externally.
