HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to maximize profitable growth across the Retail channel and key accounts for Youfoodz. You'll analyze revenue performance and optimize pricing strategies. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in Revenue Management within the FMCG sector.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a minimum of 4 years dedicated experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, or Trade Spend Analytics within the FMCG sector, ideally from the supplier side. Your deep understanding of the FMCG market includes key channels such as grocery and convenience, as well as insights into competitors and retail dynamics. You possess expertise in pricing strategy and promotional evaluation, enabling you to drive effective revenue management practices.

You are a strategic leader who thrives on maximizing profitable growth across various segments. Your analytical skills allow you to evaluate revenue performance drivers, including price, volume, and mix, and identify opportunities to improve gross margin and net revenue per unit. You are adept at developing and implementing pricing architectures that maintain competitive positioning in trade.

Your experience includes leading price review planning and execution, where you establish clear ROI hurdles and tracking mechanisms for customer-specific trade activities. You are comfortable driving the monthly and annual Revenue Management Planning process, translating top-down financial goals into actionable commercial execution plans. You evaluate the profitability and strategic direction of product portfolios by channel, customer, and category, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Desirable

You have a proven track record of success in similar roles, demonstrating your ability to influence and drive results within cross-functional teams. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that revenue management strategies are understood and executed across the organization.

What you'll do

In this newly created position, you will report to the Head of Retail and can be based either in Chippendale, Sydney, or Karawatha, Brisbane. You will develop, implement, and manage the pack price architecture to maintain competitive and profitable positioning in trade. Your role will involve analyzing revenue performance drivers and identifying opportunities to improve gross margin and net revenue per unit.

You will lead the price review planning and execution process, including competitive benchmarking and internal P&L impact modeling. Your responsibilities will also include owning the promotional evaluation process, establishing clear ROI hurdles, and tracking mechanisms for all customer-specific trade activities. You will drive the monthly and annual Revenue Management Planning process, translating top-down financial goals into bottom-up commercial execution plans.

Additionally, you will evaluate the profitability and strategic direction of the product portfolio by channel, customer, and category. Your insights will be critical in shaping the overall commercial product strategy across the portfolio, ensuring that Youfoodz remains competitive in the market.
