What you'll do

As a Staff Product Manager at Earnin, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and tactical direction of our growth initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will oversee the scaling of our user base and lead the development of innovative product strategies that directly contribute to the company’s growth objectives. You will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities and guiding your team through the execution of these initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that product developments align with user needs and market demands. Your role will involve conducting user research, analyzing data, and defining success metrics to measure the impact of your initiatives. You will also mentor and support your team, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

In addition, you will engage with senior stakeholders to communicate progress and influence product direction. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution will be crucial as you navigate the complexities of product management in a growing company.

Earnin provides a competitive salary range for this position, with a base salary between $236,271 and $288,775, along with equity and benefits.
