Overview

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive the Delivery Speed program for the AU network. You'll develop long-term strategies for faster delivery speeds while collaborating with various teams. This role requires strong analytical capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills.

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, particularly within supply chain operations, and possess the ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance delivery speed and quality. Your analytical capabilities allow you to make data-driven decisions, and you excel in managing stakeholder relationships in a dynamic environment. You understand the importance of customer needs and are committed to improving customer experience through innovative solutions. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, transportation, and finance, to achieve long-term goals. Your experience in developing forecasts and modeling network changes will be crucial in this role. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for optimization and are comfortable navigating complex challenges.

Desirable

Experience in e-commerce or logistics is a plus, as is familiarity with fulfillment center operations and transportation management. A background in data analysis or forecasting methodologies will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Delivery Speed program, focusing on creating sustainable strategies that improve delivery speeds for Amazon customers in Australia. You will work closely with supply chain, retail, and finance teams to develop long-term delivery speed forecasts and model network changes that yield positive ROI. Your responsibilities will include preparing business documentation to present improvement strategies and collaborating with various teams to implement these initiatives. You will be integral in creating and executing large-scale strategic initiatives aimed at fulfillment optimization and transportation cost reduction. Your ability to make data-driven decisions will be essential as you navigate the complexities of the supply chain landscape. You will also engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for your initiatives, ultimately contributing to Amazon's customer value proposition in Australia.
