Neuralink is seeking a Product Operations professional to bridge the gap between users and engineers in developing next-generation Brain-Computer Interfaces. You'll collaborate with various teams to enhance user experience and conduct research. This role requires strong skills in user research and data analysis.
You have experience in product operations or a related field, ideally with a background in user research and data analysis. You understand the importance of translating user needs into actionable engineering goals and have a knack for enhancing user experiences. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with software engineers, neuroengineers, and clinical teams, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into product development. You are comfortable conducting interviews and running experiments, and you possess strong analytical skills to drive insights from data.
Experience with Brain-Computer Interfaces or related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with clinical trial processes and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in seeking out user feedback and have a passion for improving user experiences through data-driven decisions.
In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between Neuralink users and the engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with software and machine learning engineers to translate user needs into prioritized engineering goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, interviewing patients with quadriplegia, and organizing research experiments to evaluate neural decoding algorithms and user interface features. You will design experiment methodologies, including data collection practices and qualitative frameworks, to ensure comprehensive insights are gathered. Analyzing data to drive R&D decisions will be a key part of your role, as you work to enhance the user experience with the Brain-Computer Interface. You will also support users in adopting the BCI, optimizing physical setups, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
