SoFi is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale programs within their Fraud Risk Program & Operations organization. You'll collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, and data teams to enhance fraud detection and operational workflows. This role requires extensive experience in technical program management.
You are a seasoned technical program leader with a strong background in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. With a deep understanding of fraud detection, risk decisioning, and operational workflows, you thrive in fast-moving environments and can bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problem spaces. You have a proven track record of orchestrating multi-team delivery and driving operational excellence. Your experience allows you to effectively partner with engineering, product, compliance, operations, and data teams to define strategy and align roadmaps. You are passionate about protecting members and strengthening risk posture through innovative solutions.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with fraud risk management tools and methodologies. You are comfortable navigating the intersection of technology and operations, and you possess excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to delivering high-impact capabilities.
In this role, you will drive large-scale programs across the Fraud Risk Program & Operations organization. You will lead initiatives that span fraud detection, risk decisioning, dispute operations, and case-management platforms. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, setting timelines, and ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals. You will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects, managing risks, and resolving issues as they arise. You will also be responsible for fostering collaboration among teams and ensuring that operational workflows are efficient and effective.
You will work closely with engineering teams to implement technical solutions that enhance fraud detection capabilities. This includes defining requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also collaborate with product teams to align on strategic initiatives and ensure that the fraud risk program supports overall business objectives. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and gather feedback to inform future initiatives.
